Joshua D. Martin
is Of Counsel to the firm and specializes in criminal defense and civil litigation including commercial litigation as well as landlord/tenant litigation.
Prior to entering private practice Mr. Martin was an Assistant District Attorney in Queens County where he was responsible for the investigation and prosecution
of major felony cases including homicides, narcotic offenses and white-collar crime. He also spent one year in the Appeals Bureau for the office.
Mr. Martin also spent two years at New York City law firms handling insurance defense work as well as defending medical malpractice cases. He has extensive
trial experience with both civil and criminal cases.
Mr. Martin graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Clemson University in South Carolina and obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from Suffolk Law School in Boston, MA in 1999.
