Anthony M. Dattoma
is Of Counsel to the firm of Aiello and Cannick. He specializes in the acquisition and conveyance of Real Estate, including cooperative and condominium transactions (residential and commercial), as well as litigation relative to real estate matters. He also manages the probate and administration of Estates. He has extensive expertise in commercial matters, litigation concerned therewith, as well as the drafting of
leases and related agreements.
He was admitted to the New York Bar in 1957 and has been in private practice since his admission. In his real estate practice he has represented numerous clients including The Helmsley Noyes Company, The Helmsley Spear Company, The Protestant Dutch Church,
The Nation of Luxembourg, Brown Harris Stevens and other clients with real estate interests.
He received his Bachelor of Arts in Social Studies from Mt. St. Mary’s College in Maryland and his Law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. in 1956.
